Wolfgang Tay Weber

Wolfgang is a consultant with Triad Consulting Group, where he strives to inspire genuine human connection and resolution in any situation … particularly the difficult ones!

Before Triad, Wolfgang worked as an Intelligence Officer for the U.S. Air Force, overseeing 200+ personnel in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Kyrgyzstan. He then attended law school through the prestigious military Funded Legal Education Program (FLEP), thereafter practicing law for several years as a federal serious-crimes prosecutor and international criminal defense attorney in South Korea.

More recently, Wolfgang taught as a law and negotiations professor at the U.S. Judge Advocate General's (JAG) School and Air Force Academy (USAFA), where he served as Director for the university's 10-course negotiation program. Additionally, he has consulted a number of large organizations in leadership and dispute resolution, to include the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) and Angi (formerly known as Angie’s List).

Wolfgang has been recognized for his contributions in the areas of leadership, litigation, and education; most notably being distinguished as the #1 officer in Military Squadron Leadership School, the top U.S. federal trial lawyer in the Pacific Region, and the USAFA Outstanding Academy Educator. He also graduated at the top of his class with an LL.M in negotiations and criminal law from Berkeley Law School.

He continues to attest, however, that no accomplishment is greater than taking care of his Singaporean mother, who single-handedly raised his brother and him from an early age.
