Liz Veecock

Liz Veecock is a Consultant with Triad Consulting and has over 20 years’ experience of coaching leaders and teams. She has worked with Board and leadership teams, with operational teams and with individual leaders across a range of sectors including professional services, law, research, health, construction, finance, and media. Described as bringing insight, pragmatism, and skill, she helps clients identify the interactions and relationships that matter in delivering better outcomes and, as needed, improve them.

Through training as a psychotherapist, several years of client work, and with a Masters in Organizational Change, she developed skills and deep understanding of how people interact and how differences of experience and worldview can be harnessed to productive effect. Working in-house, within a consultancy, she led coaching teams in design and delivery before setting up her own business.

Liz’s representative clients include: Barclays Bank, Berkeley Homes, Cambridge University, NHS, Laing O’Rourke, KPMG, Linklaters, NHS, PwC, Rotork, UBS. Liz has been guest faculty on executive Education program at Saïd Business School on the topics of productive communication and effective teaming.
