Corey Linehan

Corey Linehan is a Consultant with Triad Consulting Group and Associate Director of the Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. He has trained students, team members, and executives in negotiation, leadership, mediation, and other skills on campuses and at organizations across the country. He holds faculty appointments at Georgetown University Law Center and Bay Path University.

Outside his teaching and training, Corey’s work has focused on negotiating complex public policy and legal disputes. At the US Department of Justice, he helped facilitate the agency’s relationship with Congress and managed engagement with academic and private-sector stakeholders on technology policy, including on AI and privacy.  As a staff member at the US Senate, Corey handled legislation related to and engaged with stakeholders across a range of industries, including health care, the life sciences, and education.

Corey holds a JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School; MEd from the University of Missouri—St. Louis, and BSFS, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He is also an alumnus of both AmeriCorps and the Fulbright Program. Based in his hometown of San Francisco, Corey spends the weekends failing to keep up with his inexhaustible dog, Chloe, in the parks of Northern California.
