Sam Straus is a Senior Consultant with Triad Consulting Group, where he works with clients across industries to help them improve communication, negotiate more effectively, and build accountable relationships. He specializes in helping intact teams navigate complex group dynamics and coaching leaders driving organizational change. 

Sam also teaches courses on negotiation, conflict, and power at Harvard. Previously, he served as the Associate Director of the Northeastern University Center for the Study of Sport in Society, taught at Tufts Gordon Institute and Bay Path University, and served as a Fellow for the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program.

Sam earned his BS in Management Science from the University of California San Diego and his JD from Harvard Law School. He is originally from Santa Cruz, California, and has called the West Coast, Northeast, and Midwest home. Across geographies, you can find Sam practicing humility at a local basketball court.
