Lisa Nagorny is the COO of Triad Consulting Group, where she oversees the firm’s strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.  

A strategy and operations leader, Lisa has spent her career helping organizations navigate critical inflection points, operationalize strategies, and accelerate growth. Before joining Triad, she was the Global Director of Client Development at Brunswick Group where she designed and led the firm’s global client feedback program, using client insights to elevate client service and drive organic growth. Previously, she served as VP of Strategy and Operations at an education startup (Essay101), leading operational efficiencies and new lines of business, and as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Strategic Innovation Group. 

Lisa began her career as an Officer in the United States Navy, earning her commission through Duke University’s Naval ROTC program. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a certified Integral Executive Coach.
