As the Client Operations Manager at Triad Consulting Group, Lily Lin is the strategic engine behind Triad’s global programming and is passionate about building and improving organizational systems. A master orchestrator and champion of the Triad client experience, she ensures every point of the client journey, from initial contact to final delivery, is executed with care and excellence. 

Lily began her career in operational roles at a boutique law firm and the Broad Institute, a world-class research institution. She holds a BA in Neurobiology from Harvard College. A Boston native, outside of work she enjoys breakdancing, crocheting, and spending time in nature.
