Julie Okada is the CEO and a Partner of Triad Consulting Group, where she helps organizations strengthen relationships and build the capacity to navigate their toughest conversations. From the senior levels of private equity to professional services to biotech firms, she specializes in everything from targeted team interventions to large-scale Partner development programs, delivered in the most demanding environments.

Previously, Julie was a Partner and the Global Head of Learning & Leadership at Brunswick Group and served as co-Lead of the US region at Duke Corporate Education, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on talent development. She began her career at PwC.

She holds a BSc from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MPH and MA in Sociology, both from Emory University. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Rotman Management Magazine and she has taught negotiation at Harvard University. Born and raised in Toronto, Julie now calls Atlanta home, where she lives with her husband, kids, and their rescue pets.
