Debbie Goldstein is the Managing Partner of Triad Consulting Group, where her work spans the full range of leadership advisory, from delivering keynotes on large stages to facilitating and mediating high-stakes conversations in the boardrooms. With in-depth experience working with boards, Debbie’s guidance shapes the high-stakes, executive-level conversations that determine where a business is headed.

Debbie also serves on the boards of Income Research + Management and WBUR. For over 14 years Debbie has taught negotiation at Harvard University. She has been a featured guest on NPR, and her writing has appeared in the Boston Globe Magazine, the Management Information Exchange Journal, and the Harvard Business Review. Debbie is also certified in the Kantor Behavioral and Team Assessment.  

She holds a BA from Williams College and a JD from Boston College Law School. After college, Debbie lived in Chicago chasing (and catching!) her dream of becoming a jazz vocalist.
